I am a member at Sud Stop and have been a paying member since the store first opened, approximately one year ago. I understand that vacuum use is reserved for customers who have purchased a wash or maintain an active membership.
Recently, I was approached by the AGM, Dustin, who immediately assumed that I had not purchased a wash or that I was not a member. I found this concerning because another customer parked beside me was allowed to use the vacuums without being questioned at all. I personally observed this individual pull into the vacuum area without purchasing a wash, yet Dustin did not approach or ask that customer to verify whether they were a member. Instead, he only questioned me about my membership status.
As a person of color, this interaction made me feel singled out and treated differently from the white customer next to me. From my perspective, I was unfairly targeted while the other customer was not subject to the same scrutiny. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable, embarrassed, and disappointed as a loyal member of Sud Stop.
I would appreciate this matter being reviewed to ensure that all customers are treated fairly, respectfully, and consistently regardless of their race or appearance. I value being a Sud Stop member and hope that appropriate steps are taken to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future.

My favorite carwash location!! I love the wash station that helps clean my weather-tech matts, the interior cleaner, clean rags to use, they always give free air fresheners as well!!! If i was from here I would become a member but ive been visiting this area for a while and they are absolutely amazing!! They ran my car through the wash again when it was really dirty at no cost, truly an amazing experience!!
