Not even 6:30 and they cut off the water to clean the mats, do better. Some people work and can’t come during the day and pay for the membership to use these things.

I would not recommend this car wash based on my experience. After going through the wash, I discovered damage to my vehicle and filed a claim. When the company responded, they provided video footage of the incident, but the footage conveniently cuts off right before the area of my vehicle where the damage occurred would have been visible.
When I questioned this and asked them to review the footage again, I stopped receiving updates and have not received any meaningful response since. Rather than thoroughly investigating the issue, they are avoiding responsibility for the damage.
Customer service and accountability matter, especially when customers trust a business with their vehicles. Based on how my claim was handled and the lack of communication afterward, I would advise others to be cautious and consider other options.

We cancelled our membership, yes they keep trying to charge me $24.98 over and over again every night. June 1st, June 5t, i have reached out to two managers and no one will get back to me....sad!
