Horrible customer service. Whatever you do, don’t get their membership. There’s no way to get in touch with anyone to cancel your membership. They’ve been closed for whatever reason with no notice and I’ve emailed them through their website because there’s no way to get in touch with anyone like I said and they charged their membership fee even though they’re closed !!! AND THEY CHARGED IT TWICE THIS MONTH. Now the only way to cancel is to cancel my credit card and get a new one which I can’t because we’re about to go out of the county and it won’t get here on time. SO YEAH, do not recommend!!

This place used to be better. When they opened they would generously pre spray your vehicle. They would also pre scrub the front and the rest worn a scrub brush (the areas the roller brushes wouldn't be able to reach.
Now, you're lucky if they even attempt to pre wet your car at all. That means your car is going into the machines with dry dirt, creating more chances of swirling and scratches from the brushes on the dirt. They also no longer hand brush the front or rear of the vehicles where the roller brushes don't reach. This results in most areas untouched and still dirty. Also, as of today 7/22, they've been shut down since mid July until mid August. That means I'm still getting charged for my membership that I can't even use for this month. I tried contacting them thru their web page and have been completely ignored about a credit for this time.
I will be canceling my membership very soon unless I hear back from them concerning this issue.

The staff is always extremely polite and professional. I always enjoy bringing both my work and personal vehicle to Liquid Sunshine! The manager is phenomenal and takes good care of his customers.

The wash is good but the vacuums are TERRIBLE. I would have had better luck using the vacuum at home. That's a big deal for me -- I won't go back to those vacuums.
