This carwash is super! The mechanical carwash does an incredible job and then you get to do the interior the way you demand. The vacuums are very good and then they provide towels to dry the exterior of your car and 2 different sprays for the Interior dash and interior glass. How many times do you go to a full service carwash and you wish you could just finish it yourself? Here you get the great car wash and then you get to determine how clean you want your interior/exterior to be! Short on time? Then just do the exterior! If you get the membership, then you can come every day of the week if you have time.

I had a disappointing experience at Sud Stop in Jacksonville. The biggest issue wasn’t the car wash itself it was the way management treated customers. When I had a question, the manager came across as rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. Instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, I felt like my concerns were brushed aside. Customer service is a huge part of any business, and unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression. I hope management works on treating customers with more respect and professionalism in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience at Sud Stop Car Wash because of the manager, Rick. He came across as dismissive and unprofessional when I tried to ask a question about the service. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he seemed uninterested and made me feel like my concerns didn’t matter. Customer service starts with management, and unfortunately this experience left me with no desire to return.
