What is an unlimited wash plan from Sud Stop?

An unlimited wash plan is a monthly membership program that you purchase at a low monthly rate, allowing you to get one of our best car washes as often as you want, whenever it’s convenient for you, during regular business hours.

Do I have to sign a contract to join the unlimited wash program at Sud Stop?

No! You don’t have to sign any contract or make a long-term commitment.

How long is my Sud Stop membership?

Our unlimited wash plan memberships are month-to-month, and your membership automatically renews the first day of each month. Cancel anytime.

Is my membership valid at any Sud Stop location?

Yes! Use our location finder for the Sud Stop Car Wash near you.

How do I cancel my membership?

Simply tell a manager at your location about a week before the end of the month that you intend to cancel, or manage your account online (see Account section below).

How do I upgrade my Sud Stop membership?

You can visit your local Sud Stop location and ask any team member to help you make changes to your plan. Or, you can also email us at support@sudstopcarwash.com.

How often can I wash my car at Sud Stop?

With an unlimited wash plan, you can literally wash your car every day, any time we’re open.

How does my vehicle enter the car wash?

Simply drive up to the car wash entrance, align your car with the conveyor as directed by the team member, and follow the directions on the signs, including putting your car in neutral, taking your feet off the pedals, and taking your hands off the steering wheel.

How long does the car wash take to complete?

Once you’ve entered the car wash tunnel, it takes only about 4 minutes to complete the cycle.

Do I get out of my car during the car wash?

No, you remain in your vehicle for the duration of the car wash. Enjoy the colorful lights and splashy suds from the comfort of your own car. Make it a calming moment with some mellow music or turn it into a party with some dance tunes!

Is your car wash brushless?

Sud Stop uses advanced soft-touch Neoglide technology rather than traditional brushes. At Sud Stop, our soft-touch Neoglide technology car washes use a blend of high-pressure water jets, top-tier cleaning solutions, and soft-touch closed-cell foam that provide professional-level results on the fly. As part of our commitment to providing the highest quality wash, our Neoglide panels. are inspected and changed at regular intervals.

What if I’m not an unlimited wash plan member?

You can purchase a single wash from one of our team members or by using your credit card at the kiosk from the “all customers” lane.

What does the 'members only' lane do?

If you have an unlimited wash plan, you can use the “members only” lane to skip to the front of the line. We use a license plate reader to verify your membership and ensure you get the correct car wash every time.

What should I do before I enter the car wash lane?

If your car is covered in caked-on dirt or bug debris, you can stop at our free prep station to scrub the worst of it off. (With an unlimited plan, you can wash your car enough that bug build-up shouldn’t even be a problem.) We also require that your truck bed is clear and you remove any trailer hitch.

Why do you have a license plate reader?

Our license plate reader identifies unlimited wash plan members (and their chosen wash plan), so they don’t have to check in with a team member and can go right to the front of the line.

How does going through the wash work? What should I do?

Our car wash is quick and easy—simply pull to any pay station kiosk, make your selection, then pull around. An attendant will assist you with loading and preparing your vehicle to wash. After the wash, try any of our amenities in the vacuum area.

Does your wash clean underneath my car?

Our top two tiers—SignatureSud and SuperSud—include an underbody wash cycle, which is important for preventing premature aging.

Do you have a ceramic coating option?

Yes, our mid-tier SuperSud car wash features a ceramic coating, and our premium SignatureSud includes a ceramic coating as a precursor to the industries' premium graphene carbon coating that is the highlight of the wash.

What is your best car wash?

Our SignatureSud is our top-tier wash. It includes industries' premium graphene carbon coating, a multi-step ceramic coating, an underbody wash, a fusion bath, rain repel, tire shine, bug blast and dry cycle.

What is your fastest car wash?

All of our car washes are fast, clocking in under 4 minutes, but our SoapySud is quicker still. This is achieved by omitting the underbody wash and top-tier protectants, while still providing a soapy, foamy wash with wheel cleaner and rain repellant.

Can I buy a bundle of washes without a membership?

Yes, a SudSaver 3-Wash Pak is a great way to get a taste of the Sud Stop experience and save up to 20%*. They also make great gifts!

Do you clean the interior of my car?

To save you time and money, we offer all our guests the option to clean their car’s interior with a host of free self-service amenities.

Are you open in inclement weather?

Sometimes, due to cold temperatures or inclement weather, our equipment may potentially force us to have a delayed opening or early closing.

Is Sud Stop an eco-friendly car wash choice?

Does Sud Stop recycle water?

Yes, our high-pressure wash system is designed to use minimal amounts of fresh water. We also use underground tanks to reclaim and collect water for re-use and filtration.

Is a car wash safe for my car?

While we attempt to accommodate as many types of vehicles as possible, there are some limitations for tall/lifted vehicles (over 7' at most locations) or heavily modified or lowered vehicles (less than 4" of ground clearance). If you’re not sure, our on-duty team member will be able to help before you enter the wash tunnel.

What damage is not covered by Sud Stop?

At Sud Stop Car Wash®, we use the industry's safest Neoglide technology to protect your vehicle. To ensure a perfect wash, we ask that you check the following, as we are not responsible to incidental damage in these areas:

Antennas (please remove or retract)
Windshields and windshield wipers
Side mirrors and other glass
Sunroofs and moonroofs
Wheel covers
Badging or emblems
Luggage racks (roof or rear)
Aftermarket and non-factory parts
Bug shields and spoilers
Pre-existing damage, scratches
Loose parts, trim or molding
Driver negligence (driving, braking or steering in tunnel, etc.)
Running boards
Unsecured personal items
Damage to exotic, vintage or collectible vehicles
Non-factory items

Are there any vehicles that shouldn’t be brought through the wash tunnel?

Can you wash a car with a low ground clearance?

Yes, we can wash sports cars with a ground clearance of just 4 inches. If you’re not sure, check with the team member on duty before entering the wash tunnel.

Can you wash dually trucks at your location?

Unfortunately, our wash conveyors can only accommodate single axle vehicles.

How should I report damage to my vehicle?

Immediately ask to speak with a car wash attendant; they will advise you on the appropriate steps to make a damage claim. You can also reach us at support@sudstopcarwash.com

Where can I manage my account?

To manage your account online, first create your account here. You’ll need your email address, license plate number and the last 4 digits of the credit card you used to purchase your wash plan.

How can I log into my account?

Once you’ve created your account, just login to the account page located at SudStopCarWash.com. Additionally, you can visit any location and use the Customer Portal in the lobby.

What can I do with my account online?

You can manage your subscription, pause your account, check your account balance, manage your payment method, and check your account details.

How can I add an extra car to my account?

You can add up to 4 additional vehicles to your account for a 25% discount on each. Just stop by any location with your license plates to set it up!

Can I pause my membership?

Yes, using our online member portal you can manage your subscription, pause your account, check your account balance, manage your payment method, and check your account details.

What if I get a new car or new license plates?

Simply stop by your local Sud Stop Car Wash, ask to speak with an attendant and let them know you need to make changes to your account.

How do I update my credit card on file?

You can either ask a car wash attendant for assistance in updating your card or simply log in online to manage your payment.

How do I recover my account?

To manage your account online, visit SudStopCarWash.com - Manage Account or visit your nearest location to recover your account. You may log in with former contact information.

When I change my membership to a new type, can I use it immediately? Are the charges prorated?

When you Switch your membership, you can begin redeeming your new Wash package nearly immediately after replication, usually within 10 minutes of the switch. With a plan switch, your recharge date will remain the same as your initial membership join date.

When I cancel my membership, do I get a refund or a proration?

While we do not offer refunds on our memberships, you are able to continue washing until your next recharge date. For more information on the Unlimited Wash Club, visit SudStopCarWash.com, then click our Terms of Service.

What denominations of Sud Stop gift cards can I buy? Sud Stop Gift Cards are available in $25, $50, or $100 increments.

Do Sud Stop gift cards lose value over time or expire?

No. Your gift cards do not expire or lose value.

Free Self-Service Amenities

What free amenities are available at Sud Stop locations?

Sud Stop locations offer a wide range of free amenities accessible for all guests: vacuum stations free-to-use microfiber towels compressed air window cleaner interior cleaner mat cleaners air fresheners.

How do I turn on the vacuum cleaners?

Sud Stop’s vacuum cleaners are always running. No need to turn them on.

Can I keep the microfiber towels?

Our free-to-use microfiber towels and cleaned daily so they are always fresh for your use. Please return them after use.

How much do the air fresheners cost?

The air fresheners are free! Nothing like Sudsy to put a little fun in your car!

What kind of mat washers do you have?

Sud Stop locations have automated mat cleaners for the original fabric-style mats, as well as wash stations for rubberized mats.

Do you offer multi-car discounts?

Yes! Our Family Plans allow you to add additional vehicles to your primary account at a 25% discount per vehicle.

Can I buy washes in bulk without a subscription?

Absolutely. Our SudSaver 3-Wash Packs give you free wash when you purchase 2 washes – the pack is Buy 2 get 1 free. They never expire and are perfect for gifts or occasional washing.

Do you have programs for businesses?

Yes. Our Fleet Program offers up to 30% off for unlimited monthly plans or up to 60% off for bulk wash purchases of 25 or more.

Do you offer military or senior discounts?

Yes, we do! Military and Active-Duty personnel receive 10% off our Unlimited Wash Club memberships. To purchase and receive this discount, simply let an attendant know and show an active form of military ID.
